Police are appealing for help to trace a man wanted in connection with stalking and coercive behaviour offences, who they believe may be in Harrogate.
Safeguarding officers in Leeds are searching for 37-year-old Joseph Lumb, who is wanted on suspicion of stalking and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour.
The alleged offences are reported to have taken place in Leeds.
Officers have been carrying out enquiries to locate and arrest him since June 2025.
His last known address was in the Harrogate area, and police believe he is aware that he is wanted and is actively evading arrest.
A police spokesperson said:
"If anyone has seen Joseph Lumb or has any other information that could assist the police in their continued enquiries to locate him, they are asked to contact Leeds Adult Safeguarding Unit via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/livechat or by calling 101, quoting crime reference 13250343446.
"Alternatively, information can be provided to independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or passing on information online."
