Lightwater Valley has hinted that another new attraction could be on the way, days after launching a new rollercoaster.
The park, which reopened on 28th March, has teased a wider transformation of the park to make it suitable for the ‘whole family’ under the ownership of the Mellors Group.
And its latest addition, Spinning Racer, marked another step in the park’s redevelopment.
Speaking at the launch, Managing Director James Mellors suggested more changes are already in the pipeline.
He said:
“There will be more attractions to open throughout this year and going into next year, so we’re definitely putting a lot back in.
“We’re a family business and we’re in this for the long haul - we’re passionate about what we do.”
The park has since teased a new attraction with the caption:
"Pardon our dust… Something for our little adventurers is on the way."

And the teaser images have already prompted speculation among visitors.
One visitor commented:
"Great to see so many improvements already!"
Another speculated:
"Looking at the space, maybe it's the old jets ride from fantasy island?"
No official details have yet been confirmed by the park, and it remains unclear whether the new addition will be a ride or another type of attraction.
