The date has been confirmed for the return of one of Knaresborough's most popular summer events.
Party in the Castle will take place on Saturday 27th June, running from 4pm until 10pm in the grounds of Knaresborough Castle.
The annual event, organised by Knaresborough & District Chamber, typically sees Glastonbury shown on the big screen for six hours of entertainment.
And this year, organisers have indicated that something new is planned, with a live DJ set to entertain visitors.

Further details about the event programme are expected to be released in the coming weeks.
Last year’s event went ahead in June despite being in danger of cancellation after funding was cut by North Yorkshire Council.
However a successful fundraising campaign was able to raise £5,000 to ensure the popular event went ahead.
