A new social group for mums is set to arrive in Harrogate.
The Mum Club provides a space for local mums to connect and enjoy brunch, coffee, walks or fitness classes.
It has franchised events across the UK, offering insights, exclusive member offers and discounts.
And it’s hosting its first Harrogate event on 12th June at Rubins on Cheltenham Parade.
The Harrogate franchise has been spear-headed by local mum and former teacher Kat Dennis.
She said:
"Let’s be honest—being a mum is tough!
"It can feel isolating, especially if you didn’t quite gel with your NCT group, you're a second-time mum, or you’ve recently moved to a new area.
"The Mum Club is here for you, whatever stage of motherhood you’re at."
The Mum Club was originally founded by Lauren Webber and Jessica Lawes in 2016 (not pictured).

The pair came together with the mutual frustration at the lack of baby groups that “truly focus on women”.
They said:
"Good mum friends are essential when you have a baby, but sometimes it's hard to find them.
"We created The Mum Club because after having children, we’d go to baby classes that were great for the kids—but we’d often leave feeling lonelier than when we arrived.
“We didn’t want other mums to feel like that."
What to expect
The Mum Club’s mission is to create experiences where every mum “feels included” by providing a welcoming space for like-minded mums to socialise.
The group said it welcomes all mums, whether they’re a first-timer or consider themselves a ‘seasoned pro.’
