A Ripon cycling event saw a record turnout when it was held in the city earlier this month.
Moonglu Cycling Club have reported record-high numbers for their annual Reliability Ride.
120 cyclists rode the event on Sunday 2nd March, which attracted riders from as far field as Cornwall and Scotland and included some of the UK’s most talented junior riders.
The proceeds from the ride will be donated to charity.

Setting off in small groups from the Storehouse Bar in Ripon city centre, the ride offered two routes.
The longer route covered 54 miles heading towards Catterick before heading back via Leyburn, Middleham and Masham and the shorter route of 35 miles featured a loop via Bedale.
Club Chairman Simon Beeson said:
“It was fantastic to have so many riders sign up to the event and be able to appreciate the great countryside around the Ripon area.
“The city is an ideal location for cycling and by encouraging more cyclists to visit the area we hope to be able to contribute in a small way to our local economy.”
The Moonglu Reliability Ride is part of a wider group of events featuring some of the oldest and most prestigious cycling clubs in Yorkshire.
Moonglu cycling club is open for new members to join with an annual individual membership available for only £15.
Potential new members can attend two trial rides before committing to join.
