A pre-school in Harrogate has been rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.
St John Pre-School is located at St John’s Church Hall in Harrogate, offering childcare for children aged 2-4.
And following a visit on 2nd May, inspectors have given the pre-school the highest possible rating.
A spokesperson for St John Pre-School said:
“A huge thank you to our incredible team for their hard work, dedication, and passion for education.
“This outcome and report really reflects all they set out to achieve.
“We'd also like to express our gratitude to our entire preschool community - parents, children, committee and everyone involved - for your continued support.”
The pre-school was rated outstanding for quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development and leadership and management.
It was also rated ‘good’ in overall effectiveness at the previous inspection.
The Ofsted report says:
“Children are extremely happy at this school. There is a robust, yet flexible, settling-in process for children.
"This means that sessions suit individual children’s needs.”
