The total fundraising total for the annual Nidderdale Walk, which first started 30 years ago, has cleared £1million.
The event sees participants take on a walk through Pateley Bridge up to the higher reaches of Nidderdale whilst fundraising for charity.
This year's event, held on 19th May, saw walkers and joggers choose one of six different routes.
And this year's Nidderdale Walk was able to raise around £30,000 - taking the total fundraising total up to £1million since the event began in 1994.
A spokesperson for organisers The Rotary Club of Harrogate said:
"Thank you to all the amazing people and charities that took part this year. You’re phenomenal!
"The charities which were well supported by participants will receive a donation from the Rotary club at a special meeting to be held shortly."
The Nidderdale Walk 2025 will be held on Sunday 18th May 2025. Full details will be found at nidderdalewalk.com.
