A café on Cold Bath Road in Harrogate has been listed for sale - just 15 months after opening.
Pudding Lab, which opened in Harrogate in September 2024, has been listed by Leeds-based business transfer agent Ernest Wilson.
The café was the second venture opened by Ashley Close and Kian Lian following the success of their Boston Spa site.
Pudding Lab is described as offering a range of patisserie products including handmade cakes, gateaux, macarons and afternoon teas, alongside savoury lunch options. The business also serves North Star coffee and organic teas.
The Ernest Wilson listing reads:
“This aesthetically pleasing café is on the market and is looking for a new pair of hands to change this business into their own success!”
The current owners will be retaining the Pudding Lab brand name, which will not be included as part of the sale.
Anyone seeking further information about the opportunity is advised to contact the Ernest Wilson sales team on 0113 238 2900 or via email at sales@ernest-wilson.co.uk.
