North Yorkshire Council and Rascals Entertainment are hosting two more free pop up parties in the Harrogate district this summer.
When is the next free pop up party in the Harrogate district? Two more free pop up parties will be held in the Harrogate district during the summer holidays. Organised by North Yorkshire Council, the events have been a huge hit with families looking to entertain the kids during the summer holidays.
