A Harrogate-based teacher training provider has achieved a strong standard across every aspect of its primary and secondary provision.
Red Kite Teacher Training received the outcome following an inspection under Ofsted’s renewed Initial Teacher Education framework.
The result comes as the organisation celebrates ten years as a School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.
During that time, the partnership has helped hundreds of trainee teachers enter the profession and begin careers in schools across the region and beyond.
Inspectors recognised the quality of the training, mentoring and support offered across the Red Kite partnership.
The report also highlighted the strength of its primary and secondary programmes and how effectively trainees are prepared for the classroom and their future careers.
Collaboration, continuous improvement and the support provided to trainees throughout their training were also praised.

“Most importantly, this outcome reflects the dedication of our trainees and the positive impact they go on to make in classrooms, schools and communities throughout their careers."
