The Harrogate Car Enthusiasts Motor Show achieved a record-breaking fundraising total on its return over the weekend.
The show was back at Harrogate Rugby Club on Rudding Lane on Saturday (11th May), fundraising for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
The motor show is for anything motoring related, whether it’s cars, vans, lorries, motorbikes, scooters, steam engines or tractors.
And this year’s fundraising total stands at £1,142 - the most the one-day event has ever raised in its history.
Barry Busby, Organiser of the event, said:
“Thank you so much to everyone that helped and donated.
“I’m absolutely buzzing for that amount to have been raised. Well done to everyone involved!”
As a special treat for this year’s visitors, the Yorkshire Air Ambulance landed at the rugby club to show their support.
Between 300-400 vehicles attended the free event, including minibuses, steam engines and tractors.
