A brand new gym and fitness space is set to open on Skipton Road following a full refurbishment.
THRIVE has shared a glimpse of its new redesigned training space, alongside a new class timetable, ahead of its launch on 9th March.
The overhaul includes updated interiors and a reworked gym layout, with changes made to improve how members move through and use the space.
The studio has also introduced an expanded programme of classes, designed to cater for a range of fitness levels and offer greater flexibility throughout the week.
Sessions at THRIVE operate on a 6:1 small group coaching model, combining elements of personal training with group-based workouts.
Coaches lead structured sessions focused on progression and technique, with support tailored to individual goals.
Ollie said:
"This renovation is about more than just upgrading a space. We want to create a space for those that feel lost with their fitness.
"Whether you’re suffering from injury, haven’t stepped foot in a gym for years or just want to feel good, our goal is to make THRIVE not just a place to work out, but a place where people feel supported, motivated, and connected."
The studio says the updated facility reflects its ongoing focus on coaching standards and 'sense of community', while the revised timetable is intended to encourage more people to take part.
