Visitors are invited to snap a photo inside the globe, which is complete with biodegradable snow.

Lilla Bathurst from Ripon BID said:
"We wanted to kick off the festive season with something a bit different.
"It was really popular last year and has a great backdrop of everything Ripon has to offer.
"It's totally free and makes for a great Christmas card photo!"
Ripon BI is a not-for-profit, business-led initiative with the aiming of supporting businesses in the Ripon city region.
Speaking about the city, Lilla said:
"We have such fantastic independent businesses in Ripon and there really is just an enormous array, whether it's art galleries, Christmas shops, bookshops and a host of others, including food and drink."
