North Yorkshire Council has launched its annual hanging basket partnership scheme ahead of the 2025 season.
Businesses are invited to order their own hanging basket, subsidised by the council, to add “the extra wow factor” this summer.
The cost of growing and maintaining the baskets is subsidised by the council and the scheme is supported each year by Harrogate BID (Business Improvement District), Chamber of Trade and ‘In Bloom’ groups.
A Harrogate BID spokesperson said:
“The baskets are renowned for their beauty and providing colour in the towns across the district, giving businesses the wow factor for the summer!”
Due to access and parking restrictions it is only possible to erect hanging baskets in specific locations.
