Police are appealing for information following an incident of exposure in Harrogate.
The incident happened on Wednesday 3rd December at approximately 7:45pm.
A woman was walking from the St George’s Road area along Park Drive and while passing a grassed area known as “The Oval”, she saw a man standing in one of the hedge openings.
The man was naked and engaging in a sexual act. He did not speak to or approach the woman, who immediately sought help and contacted police.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged 30's to 40's with possibly dark hair or wearing a hat.
A police spokesperson said:
“We are asking anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed this incident, or who may have CCTV, doorbell footage, or dash-cam recordings, to come forward.
