In this episode of the Your Harrogate podcast, Pete Egerton has been to Grantley Hall to speak to executive chef Simon Crannage about the chefs academy. Simon has been at Grantley since the start and is understandably proud of the hotel's five red stars, one Michelin star and now "hotel of the year" status. The chefs academy also covers all the different cuisines served in Grantley's restaurants something that the team are again, very proud of and is unique to an academy of this kind...
