In this episode of the Your Harrogate podcast, Pete Egerton speaks to a farming couple from Warwickshire who tragically lost their son to suicide and are now on a 2000 mile journey to raise awareness of mental health; they pass through Harrogate on Thursday (29th) "Len's Light" is in memory of Leonard Eadon who passed in 2022 and is raising thousands for three charities. Len's dad, Andy Eadon, and mum Lynda, want to relay the message by tractor that no-one in the rural community feels isolated or alone. Rather than doing a straight route from John O'Groats to Land's End, they're zig-zaggy across the country, stopping at auction marts along the way, because they're one of the few places that young people in agriculture get an opportunity to talk to like-minded people.
