The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for strong winds in the Harrogate district until 3pm this afternoon.
Weather warning: Harrogate district braced for 45mph winds A yellow weather warning has been issued for the Harrogate district with winds set to reach 45mph. The Met Office warning will be in place from 9am until 5pm today (Wednesday). Wind gusts are expected to reach their strongest at around 1pm. A Met Office spokesperson said:
“Strong winds are likely to cause some disruption to travel on Wednesday.
