Harrogate estate agent Verity Frearson won gold at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards in London yesterday.

Verity Frearson win gold at Best Estate Agent Guide Awards A Harrogate estate agent has been named among the best in the UK following a glamorous awards event in London yesterday (Tuesday). Verity Frearson won gold at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards hosted in Battersea. The EA Masters event is the UK's biggest estate agency leadership conference, exhibition and awards ceremony. Each year, the awards recognise the top talent in the estate agency sector, assessing 15,000 estate and letting agencies across the country. A spokesperson for Verity Frearson said:

"We are delighted to have won the Best Agent Guide Award four years in a row. "The Best Agent Guide is produced by the Property Academy, supported by Rightmove, and is by far the largest and most comprehensive awards scheme in UK Agency. "Winning this puts us in the top 3% of 25,000 qualifying agents in the UK!"

Verity Frearson Directors Matthew Stamford and James Verity attended the event held at Battersea Park in London. A spokesperson for the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards said:

"The Best Estate Agent Guide Awards is the only award that agents don’t pay to enter. "That, combined with the fact that every agent in the country is assessed against the same performance criteria, is what makes a Best Estate Agent Guide Award such a trustworthy marque of distinction for sellers and landlords."
