Travel experts name Knaresborough among UK's best short break destinations

Knaresborough is a top UK staycation destination, according to holidaycottages.co.uk.

Travel experts have included Knaresborough on a list of the UK's best destinations for a short break.

Staycation experts at holidaycottages.co.uk have compiled a list of six locations in the UK for a 48-hour trip.

And Knaresborough has been included for its “fantastic mix of history, charm, and natural beauty.”

Also included on the list were Ambleside, Dartmouth, Aldeburgh, St Davids and Bakewell.
