Police are appealing for information about a racially aggravated public order incident in Ripon.
The incident, which happened at approximately 6:15pm on Monday 23rd February, involved a man making racist comments to a woman in the street.
It took place in the Holmefield Road/Russell Dixon Square area, according to police.
A spokesperson said:
