A unique three-day writing event is being held in Harrogate next week.
Jespers of Harrogate is welcoming visitors to “indulge in the joy of writing” as part of their LAMY writing competition.
Entrants will be asked to transcribe a passage from their favourite book or their favourite quote.
The Jespers team will then select a winner based on a style and message that resonates with them.
It’s aimed at writers of all ages and will be held from Friday 26th until Sunday 28th July.
Lynn Cummings, Manager of Jespers of Harrogate, said:
"This event is perfect for writing enthusiasts of all ages, from seasoned pros to beginners.
"Sit down and practice the art of putting pen to paper with us."
The winner will be awarded a goodie bag prize, which includes a LAMY pen, notepad and refills.
Each purchase of a LAMY pen during the event will come with a free LAMY T10 ink and ink eraser.
