Martin House’s most glamorous night of the year is set to return next month.
The Children’s Hospice’s Glitter Ball returns this October to support its capital appeal THE BUILD.
The black-tie ball, sponsored by HARIBO, takes place on Friday 11th October at Rudding Park Hotel in Harrogate.
And the charity has revealed what items will be placed for sale in a silent auction, which raised £40,000 last year.
Some of the prizes up for grabs include two tickets to Peter Kay’s sell out tour, Haaland and Kane signed and framed football shirts, a year’s supply of Haribo and a hot air balloon flight for two.
There’s also a 2 night stay at Rudding Park, a vineyard tour, a distillery experience and two tickets to see Wicked in London.
The auction is opening to the general public and can be found here.
All money raised is going towards THE BUILD – Martin House’s £21.9m plan to extend and refurbish the hospice.
A spokesperson for the charity said:
“Last year the auction raised an incredible £40,000. This year we need your help to raise the vital money needed to fund The BUILD.
“Every bid will help build the hospice that children and families across Yorkshire deserve.”
They added:
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has donated a prize towards our auction and because all of our prizes are gifted, 100% of the money raised will support The BUILD.”
