Harrogate Mumbler is celebrating 15 years of helping local parents find activities, businesses and friendship.
Mumbler was founded by Sally Haslewood after she began looking for opportunities to meet other local mums.
The platform shares recommendations for family days out, activities and events, while helping parents discover local businesses and connect with other families.
Sally said:
“Fifteen years ago, Mumbler began with one mum looking for her tribe.
“What started as a Facebook group has grown into a wonderful community of parents, families, local businesses and people and an amazing Mumbler team – all sharing, supporting, recommending and cheering each other on.
“There have been countless days out, ‘where can we go?’ questions, recommendations, events, small businesses discovered, friendships made and plenty of memorable parenting moments along the way.”
Sally said the success of Mumbler had been driven by the people who have supported and contributed to its community.
She added:
“Thank you for being part of our community. Thank you for trusting us, sharing with us, recommending us and helping us grow.
“We’re so proud of everything this community has become, and we’re excited to keep growing, sharing and supporting each other for years to come.”
