North Yorkshire Police has arrested a man who was wanted in connection with numerous burglaries in the Harrogate area.
Following an appeal, officers located and arrested 21-year-old Danny Smythe.
He was refused bail, remanded in custody and is due to appear at York Magistrates Court this morning (Tuesday).
A police spokesperson said:
"We know how upsetting it is when your home or business is burgled. We're working hard 24 hours a day to prevent burglary and take offenders off our streets.
"Remember - if you see any suspicious behaviour in your neighbourhood, you're not wasting our time, please call it in on 101.
"If there is a burglary or another incident ongoing, then please call 999."
