The free-to-attend Starbeck Fest makes its highly-anticipated return tomorrow (Saturday).
The festival is back following a successful inaugural event last year, featuring music, art, food and community spirit.
The music lineup will be headlined by DJ Trev, who will be hosting performances from local legends Xero Fox, Laura Parker, Hot Sauce, DJ Rory Hoy, Jamie Bevan and Summerbell Dance.
The event will run from 11am until 5pm at Belmont Field.
Organisers have worked closely with local groups, schools, and businesses to ensure this year’s Starbeck Fest is “more inclusive and representative” than before.
A spokesperson for the event said:
“With a mission to celebrate diversity and foster a sense of belonging, the festival welcomes everyone — young and old, long-time residents and newcomers alike.
“Starbeck Fest 2025 is dedicated to ensuring that everyone can fully participate.
“The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible, and accessible toilet facilities are available.
“Quiet zones will be available for those who need a break from sensory stimuli, and a team of trained volunteers will be on hand to assist visitors with additional needs.”
The festival’s success is made possible through the support of local businesses, volunteers, and sponsors.
Starbeck Fest 2025 has partnered with Susie Junes Cafe, O’Connor Chiropractic, The Living Room @LDC, Envisage Property Solutions, and numerous independent traders.
Local artists, food vendors, performers, and volunteers are encouraged to contact the team to get involved.
