In this episode of the Your Harrogate podcast, we continue the build up to the autumn flower show at Newby Hall and gardens. Pete Egerton has been speaking to head gardener, Lawrence Wright. The flower show takes place from 15th-17th September at Newby Hall and Lawrence is very keen to stress that your ticket includes entry to Newby's 25 acres of fabulous garden space. If you're going, Lawrence urges you to take a look at their autumn garden as the conditions have suited the area very well, albeit with all the rain, the lawns have needed cutting lots! The "grow live stage" will form part of the autumn flower show and feature various demonstrations and tips, some of which Lawrence is involved with. Questions are very much encouraged, no matter what your horticultural experience, everyone is welcome this September at Newby Hall and gardens...
