Transdev will provide free travel for all current service personnel and veterans on Armed Forces Day (June 27).
Armed Forces Day commemorates the service of, and provides the chance to show support for, the men and women who serve in the British Armed Forces.
Transdev will continue its tradition of providing free transport to all current and former service members.
This offer will be available across the whole Transdev network to current service personnel with a Forces ID, and to veterans in uniform or with their medals on Armed Forces Day (Saturday, June 27).
They will also be providing free bus travel for Armed Forces personnel on Remembrance Weekend, later in the year.
Managing Director Henri Rohard says:
“It’s important that we continue to offer our support to veterans and their families wherever we can.
“We have been providing free travel on both Armed Forces Day and Remembrance Weekends for a number of years to help members of our armed services attend local events and see loved ones.
“I would also like to thank all our colleagues here at Transdev who previously served in the Armed Forces for their hard work and continued dedication.”
