The Kestrel near Harrogate has reopened after a month-long refurbishment.
Located on Wetherby Road, the pub has undergone a significant transformation led by owner Vintage Inns, part of Mitchells & Butlers.
The new-look venue, which reopened on Saturday (25th April), features redesigned interiors described as ‘combining traditional countryside character with a refreshed rustic feel’.
Improvements include expanded bar seating, a dining area for up to 139 guests, and a private meeting space accommodating 16 people.

The refurbishment also introduces updated décor, cosy features such as fires and snug corners, and an enhanced beer garden.
A spokesperson said:
"We’re excited to welcome you back to a newly refurbished Kestrel - upgraded pub, beautiful beer garden, great food and even better drinks waiting for you! "
The menu has been updated with new dishes including garlic prawns, slow-cooked beef shin and stone-baked pizzas, alongside traditional pub favourites like fish and chips and steak.
A range of drinks are also available, from cocktails and wines to low and no-alcohol options.
The dog-friendly pub, located in Plompton, also offers accommodation through the Innkeeper’s Collection, with refurbished rooms designed to reflect a classic country style.
