A number of well-known children's characters will be making an appearance at Harrogate Town's next match to celebrate their Junior Membership Scheme.
Spider-Man and Barbie to make special appearance at Harrogate Town match A number of familiar faces will be making an appearance at Harrogate Town's home first home match of the League Two season this weekend. Fresh from their opening day and League Cup victories, the club will line up against Forest Green on Saturday (12th August) at EnviroVent Stadium. And to celebrate the launch of their Junior Membership Scheme and the ongoing school holidays, a number of special guests will be on hand to greet fans, take selfies and give out high fives.
The characters, who are all lookalikes, will include Barbie, Sonic, Super Mario and Spiderman provided by Rascals Entertainment.

(Pic: TownPix)[/caption] Having just been granted Silver Award in the EFL Family Excellence Scheme, this is the latest offering from the club looking to attract more families to The EnviroVent Stadium.Characters will be out and about meeting supporters from 2pm whilst the match will kick off at 3pm.
Under 12's can attend the match from just £6 and under 5's are free with a paying adult.
