The market square will host the festivities from 1pm on Saturday (18th November). This will include free fairground rides, live entertainment and a visit from Santa and his reindeer. The lights will then be switched on at 5pm. The event is being organised by Ripon City Council. A spokesperson said:
“Meet Santa and his reindeer as they make a special visit to Ripon to spread some magic and see our fantastic Christmas lights. “With free fairground rides and live entertainment, get into the festive spirit and head on down to the Market Square!”Find out more about the event here.
