Ripon has been named among the top 10 of the UK’s biggest bargain-hunting cities.
Black Friday will take place on Friday 29th November - a day on which retailers usually offer cut-price deals.
And ahead of this year’s event, UK holiday provider Parkdean Resorts has uncovered online search data to reveal the UK cities that are the biggest bargain-hunters searching for Black Friday deals.
They’ve looked at which cities have the highest percentage of the population searching for a deal - and Ripon has ranked in 10th place.
6.7% of Ripon residents have been searching for Black Friday deals, with a 196% increase in searches between September and October this year.
Additionally, Ripon residents have been searching for "When is Black Friday 2024", with searches increasing by +600%, showing again that they’re keen for this year’s offers.
