Harrogate BID (Business Improvement District) is celebrating another successful Floral Summer of Celebration after receiving positive feedback for the town’s floral displays.
The floral trail, featuring eight unique installations, has received praise from both local people and visitors.
Figures from the BID’s data partners at HUQ show that just over one million people visited or passed through the BID area during the three weeks that the floral displays were in place – with some travelling from the likes of Folkestone, Loughborough and Mansfield.

Some of the displays will remain in place for the remaining summer months, extending the additional elements for the town’s floral offering for a longer period.
Bethany Allen, Operations and Projects Executive at Harrogate BID, said:
“We were absolutely delighted to once again deliver a successful floral celebration for the good of our town.
“The eye-catching installations always create a buzz around the town centre – all while adding to Harrogate’s already renowned floral heritage.
“We’ve received some really positive feedback from local business owners, residents and visitors to Harrogate, which always makes it worthwhile!”
“We are hopeful of claiming more prizes at this year’s Yorkshire in Bloom awards – and were also proud to support our place’s Britain in Bloom entry. Cross your fingers for us!”
The BID team also welcomed the Yorkshire in Bloom judges to Harrogate to guide them around the trail in a bid to again claim prizes as the awards ceremony later in the year.

They have also played a part in the town’s Britain in Bloom entry for 2025, supporting Harrogate in Bloom and other partners in the bid to put Harrogate’s name amongst the best in the country.
The Harrogate Lego Trail, which has already attracted many families into the town, will remain on location until Tuesday 26th August.
