Polar Express train experience to pass through Yorkshire for first time A magical train experience born out of popular Christmas film ‘The Polar Express’ will pass through North Yorkshire later this year. The Polar Express experience will be arriving at Bolton Abbey Station, located between Harrogate and Skipton, for its first ever visit to Yorkshire. The event promises a theatrical and festive experience on the Great British steam train. Guests are invited to turn up in their pyjamas and dressing gowns before being treated to hot chocolates and cookies alongside live performances. The Polar Express Train is set to depart from Bolton Abbey Station from November until Christmas Eve.
