A new defibrillator has been installed at a pub in Knaresborough.
The town’s 22nd Community Public Access Defibrillator (CPAD) is now in place at The Half Moon pub on Abbey Road.
It’s under the ongoing care of Restart Yorkshire and has been donated by Robbie and Debbie Whellans.
The cabinet has been funded by Knaresborough Lions Club and Knaresborough Town Council’s small grant scheme.

A spokesperson for Restart Yorkshire said:
“A big thanks to landlord Tom Clarkson for making the suggestion to host the cabinet and James Pickard for connecting us together.
“We are still looking for critical support from any donations towards the ongoing maintenance costs for all our community defibs in and around Knaresborough!”
Donators are invited to visit the following JustGiving page to help maintain defibrillators in and around Knaresborough.
