Morrisons has officially launched an 'Asian Corner' at its Starbeck store.
Freshly prepared Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes are now available for shoppers at the Hookstone Chase site.
Created in partnership with Sushi operation Hana Group, the new concept features a fully manned counter in the heart of the store where a dedicated sushi chef prepares a range of fresh dishes throughout the day.
Customers can enjoy a variety of Asian street food favourites, including freshly rolled sushi, poke bowls and hot dishes such as Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls, Sticky Spicy Korean Style Chicken and Salon Crunch Rolls.
Tom Barker, Starbeck Store Manager from Morrisons, said:
“We are delighted to be introducing ‘Asian Corner’ for our Harrogate customers, bringing great tasting Japanese and Korean street food to the store.
"Whether you are grabbing something quick for lunch, picking up dinner on the go, or trying something new, there’s plenty of choice - all freshly prepared in store every day by our skilled sushi chef.”
The Asian Corner counter will operate throughout the day, offering customers a convenient way to pick up freshly made meals and snacks whilst shopping.
