Knaresborough's night sky burst into colour as the town's first ever laser show lit up the grounds of Aspin Park Academy.
The spectacular event, organised by Friends of Aspin School, brought together pupils, families, staff and members of the local community for a festive celebration to remember.
The fun-filled day kicked off with a Christmas-themed family fair, complete with seasonal games, sweet treats and even a cheerful visit from Santa Claus himself.

As darkness fell, the audience was treated to a 20-minute laser display, choreographed to an upbeat soundtrack blending festive favourites with popular hits - including chart-topping track Golden from KPop Demon Hunters.
Michelle Wallis, Chairperson of Friends of Aspin School, said:
“We are thrilled with the success of our first laser show.
“It has been a wonderful way to bring families together, celebrate the season, and create magical memories for our pupils.
“We’re incredibly grateful to all the volunteers and supporters who helped make this event possible.”
Funds raised from the event will support future enrichment activities and resources for pupils at Aspin Park Academy.
