Harrogate BID has announced the return of the third Harrogate Self Care Week next month.
Running from week commencing 2nd February, the week will feature a schedule of wellbeing sessions, classes and workshops, free of charge.
The Harrogate Self Care Weeks aims to celebrate Harrogate as a wellbeing destination and also bring people into the town at the beginning of the year.
Harrogate BID are pleased to be partnering with West Park Hotel as hosts for the week, new for 2026.
West Park will also be hosting dedicated deals and offers for those taking part in the sessions. More information on these offers will be available soon.
The week will feature yoga and sound bath sessions, forest bathing workshop, and an acupuncture talk.
New for 2026, to launch the Harrogate Self Care Week, there will be a hot yoga and cold plunge as well as a hot sound bath, hosted at the Turkish Baths.
