A popular tanning salon on Knaresborough Road in Harrogate has been listed for sale.
Owned by Coral Glover, Tankind has become one of the area's leading tanning destinations since opening in 2017.
It is now on the market through Ernest Wilson, who describe it as a 'well-established and profitable enterprise' with annual turnover exceeding £200,000 and adjusted net profits of over £50,000.
It's been listed at a price of £124,950 and the lease has regular frequent break clauses.
Coral told Your Harrogate:
“It’s time for me to move onto pastures new - especially as I’m not getting any younger!
“I’ve loved what I created with Tankind. There’s nowhere quite like it!
"It’s such a buzzy, happy, innovative salon and with the best clients.”
She added:
“I want to thank all my fantastic clients, many of whom have been with me since I first opened the salon.
“That’s what I’ll miss the most - putting the world to rights with them whilst they got tan and a beauty treatment, and always having a bit of banter.
“Thank you. You really are rays of sunshine.”
The salon features a welcoming reception and waiting area, a nail station, five tanning booths with both lay-down and vertical options and a beauty treatment room.

Currently staffed by three beauty therapists and four receptionists, the business is looking for a new hands-on operator.
It is held on a five-year lease that began in November 2021, with a monthly rent of £1,200.
The business is currently open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 5pm.
Ernest Wilson are inviting interested parties to arrange viewings through their Leeds office.
