And Farrah’s Olde Sweet Shop in Harrogate has been ranked at number five in the country. Farrah's on Montpellier Parade, which includes the Palm Court Cafe, is famous for its fudge and toffee. Taking top spot is ‘The Oldest Sweet Shop in the World’ in Pateley Bridge. The list of seven has been created from a survey of 2,000 people. The list in full: 1.
