Members of Atlas gym are raising funds for the unit since their personal trainer was provided amazing care while she was admitted.
Gus, Andy, David, Andy, Steve and Rich from Atlas gym are gearing up for this year's bed race to support Harrogate's SCBU.
Their decision to take part and raise for this cause was due to their personal trainer, Alice having her baby 6 weeks premature.
They stated,
"We're raising money for this cause as our Personal Trainer had her baby boy 6 weeks early and this unit have provided amazing support"
They originally aimed for £500 but have actually now upped their target to £750 after raising hundreds of pounds today alone and are planning to do the event in fancy dress to hopefully raise even more money.
If you want to support their cause, you can donate to their Just Giving page here.
