Police are appealing for information following a burglary on Wheatlands Road East in Harrogate.
It happened a 3:25pm on Tuesday 4th February when a digger and trailer were stolen from an address on the street.
The digger is described as a grey and red Tekeuchi TB014, and the trailer is a grey Williams trailer with identifying number HC30322 etched into the tow bar. The trailer's registration is YE20 JYO.
The stolen items were seen being towed by a white Ford Transit, believed to be using false plates.
A police spokesperson said:
"We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant CCTV or dashcam footage.
