The final fundraising total is in and it was another successful year for the Masham Tractor Run.
The event returned to the area on 18th May, with a mix of vintage and modern tractors travelling in convoy through Masham and the surrounding villages.
It was a record-breaking year for the event, with 90 tractors taking part.
And a total of £2,250 was raised to be split between the Alzheimer’s Society and Masham Young Farmers.
Cieran Imeson, Vice Chairman of Masham Young Farmers, said:
“Thank you to everyone who took part in the Tractor Run and to all those who donated money.
“We have raised a fantastic amount for the Alzheimer’s Society and Masham YFC.
“From vintage tractors to modern ones, it was a striking show throughout the North Yorkshire countryside.
“We look forward to seeing you all next year!”
The annual event, organised by Masham Young Farmers, started at Thornton Watlass Crossroads before heading towards Ripon.
It passed through Masham, Grewelthorpe and Kirkby Malzeard before arriving at F Tate and Sons Garden Centre for lunch.
The convoy then headed towards Fearby, Kirkby Malzeard and Grewelthorpe on its return.
