The final fundraising total for this year's Great Knaresborough Bunny Hunt has been revealed, with more than £4,400 raised for local good causes.
The Great Knaresborough Bunny Hunt 2026, alongside funds generated through its annual auction, has raised a combined total of £4,413.
The event sees decorated bunny-themed displays placed in shops and businesses across the town, encouraging families to explore Knaresborough while supporting charity.

This year's event supported Martin House Children's Hospice, Christmas gifts for the elderly in Knaresborough, Harrogate Neighbours Community Hub and Birk Crag Centre (Girl guiding).
Organiser Laura Dudley, who runs Painting Pots, said:
"It’s been such an incredible year for the Bunny Hunt, and we’re so proud of what the community has helped us achieve for our charities.
"This means each of our charities will receive £1,103.25 each!”
The annual bunny hunt sees participants follow clues taking them to local businesses, helping to boost footfall while raising funds for charities.
The latest fundraising total brings the overall amount raised by the bunny hunt over the past nine years to £26,892.
