Harrogate sisters win award at Woman Who Achieves Awards

Two sisters/business owners have won Judges' Choice award at Annual Woman Who Achieves Awards.

The awards took place a week ago and the awards celebrate the achievements of Women in Business.

Over 300 women came together for the glittering 10th anniversary awards ceremony, held at Coombe Abbey Hotel in Coventry.

Woman Who encourages women in business to recognise their achievements, celebrate their successes, and inspire others by becoming role models.

Sisters Clare and Lucy own popular Harrogate shop, Luce and Bear.

Luce and Bear is a women's and men's fashion brand sold and designed in Harrogate.

Their bestselling Healing Hoodie features a design inspired by Lucy’s ongoing battle with late stage Lyme Disease and has become a symbol of strength for many of their customers.

The accolade recognises Luce and Bear's business journey, impact and future vision.

The esteemed judges praised the sisters' infectious positivity and dedication to uplifting others through thoughtful design and community engagement.

The judging panel said:

"We were impressed by their positivity and their use of storytelling to educate and empower others.

"Their attention to detail along with a personal approach was reflected in their excellent customer service.

"We predict a very bright future for this dynamic duo.”
