Another Harrogate charity shop is set to appear on a brand new TV series on BBC One today (Tuesday).
The Martin House Children’s Hospice shop on Commercial Street will feature in today’s episode of Shift the Thrift, hosted by Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page.
And the latest episode will also feature two former contestants of BBC’s The Traitors - Sonja and Aubrey from season two.
The show – set to broadcast at 2pm – follows Sonja and Aubrey as they are given £100 to spend in charity shops, and just one hour to do so.

With the help of expert thrifters, Mirain Iwerydd James and Jen Graham, they then compete to turn these purchases into the highest profit, with all proceeds donated to their chosen charity.
Stephanie Rimmington, Head of Retail at Martin House, said:
“We really enjoyed hosting the celebrities during their Harrogate challenge and can’t wait to see our shop on national television!
“It’s fantastic to see a programme like this shining a light on charity shops in the region, and the unique finds people can discover.
“We pride ourselves on stocking high-quality items at great value, so you’ll have to tune in to see what caught their eye!”
Filming has also taken place at Age UK and Saint Michael's Hospice charity shops in Harrogate.

Every year, Martin House cares for more than 500 children and young people with serious and complex health needs.
Its services are available to families completely free of charge, 24/7, 365 days a year.
Stephanie added:
“It costs the hospice around £12 million a year to provide our specialist care, so income from shops and online sales is more important than ever.
“Every purchase helps us be there for families when they need us most.”
